Returns Policy
We comply with the regulations around internet selling but want our customers to have faith in our attitude to customer service. So, we keep it simple - if you don’t like it when it arrives, send it back and we will either refund, replace, repair or other suitable remedy.

- Products – Our range of products are based around alpaca and knitting and associated articles
- Prices – All prices are indicated on the website and include VAT unless otherwise stated
- Shipping costs – Shipping costs are usually priced and weight and occasionally by package size. We also advertise free P&P where applicable. We vary couriers dependent upon shipping location and item to be shipped.
- Payment – Payment for all items on the website is required before despatch and payment can be made using most major credit cards or Paypal.
- We aim to despatch all goods ordered within 24 hours of the order unless express delivery has been requested or paid for. In this case items ordered prior to 1200hrs Mon-Fri will be despatched before 1300hrs that same day.
- All products must be opened and examined and any defect or damage notified to County Alpacas within 48 hours of delivery.
- All orders can be cancelled up to 7 days from time of delivery. We cannot accept cancellations by phone. Cancellations of orders must be made by either letter or email to the above addresses.
- Any item returned to County Alpacas will be at the expense of the buyer. We also advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us. We also expect the goods to be returned to us in the condition they arrived with the purchaser/customer.
- We do not use premium rate phone numbers. All calls to County Alpacas are charged at normal phone rates dependent on the service provider charges of the customer.
- If a product is ordered that is no longer available the customer will be contacted and offered a full refund or replacement similar product or a time when the product will be available. Any agreed refunds will be made within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
- All items shipped by County Alpacas will remain under the insurance of County Alpacas until the point of delivery. At that point the goods will be insured by the purchasers own insurance.
